About Me
My name is Aline Mauna, and I’m a Brazilian physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in women’s health.
For the past six years, I’ve lived in the Netherlands, where I’ve continued to grow my practice. Alongside my professional life, I’m a mother to my 4-year-old daughter, Zelda, and enjoy staying active through exercise, yoga, hiking, and traveling.
The Mom in Movement project was born from a personal realization during my own pregnancy: staying active was essential not only for my health but also for my baby’s well-being.
This sparked my mission to support women through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery by promoting a balanced, active lifestyle.

I now offer personalized online classes, available both privately and in groups, that provide more than just physical training.
My classes aim to empower mothers with knowledge and guidance tailored to their needs, from managing pregnancy discomforts to achieving a quicker, healthier recovery after birth.

Each exercise and workout is tailored to your level. You feel good, go ahead! If you're having a bad day, that's okay too. Listen to your body!

During the exercises, you learn techniques to train while avoiding injuries and stay in shape without pain.

The exercise programes can be done anytime, anywhere.
